Terms of service for CivicBridge Sourcing
These terms govern use of the CivicBridge Sourcing website. The site is an independent sourcing desk for business buyers who want factory quotations for modular, portable, or steel buildings. It is not a store, a construction contractor, or a representative of any named brand.
What the desk does
You may send a project brief describing use, dimensions, jurisdiction, loads, quantity, destination, timing, and scope. CivicBridge Sourcing may organize questions and forward that brief to candidate factories. A reply from a factory is that factory statement. It is not a warranty from this website, and it is not an offer of original-brand goods.
What you still decide
You and the professionals you appoint remain responsible for code path, engineering acceptance, site safety, and the contract. Submitting a brief does not appoint this desk as engineer of record, permit agent, or importer of record. Optional budget figures and supplier preferences are your commercial notes. They are not audited ratings and they do not create a price promise.
Information on the pages
Explanations of volumetric and panelized construction, shell and turnkey scope, and design loads are educational. They can be wrong for a specific site. Standards named on the pages, including IBC, ASCE 7, AISC 360, and AWS D1.1, are topics to verify with the quoted supplier and the authority having jurisdiction. Listing them is not a claim that any party holds a current accreditation.
Acceptable use
Do not use the form to send unlawful content, to impersonate another buyer, or to request that this desk pretend to be a brand owner. Do not scrape the site in a way that degrades service for other users. Inquiry options in the catalog are labels for questions. They are not an offer of stock.
Limitation
The website is provided as a coordination tool. To the extent the law allows, CivicBridge Sourcing is not liable for factory performance, freight, installation, or a permit outcome that follows from a brief. If a mandatory consumer or commercial law gives you a right that cannot be waived, that right remains.
Changes
These terms may be updated by posting a revised page. Continued use of the form after the posting means you read the revised terms for new briefs. Earlier briefs stay under the terms that applied when you sent them, plus any written follow-up you accept.
Questions about these terms can be sent through the contact form. There is no separate legal postal address published on this site.
