Privacy policy for CivicBridge Sourcing

This policy describes how CivicBridge Sourcing handles information you submit on this website. The site is an independent sourcing desk. It does not operate a public store account, and it does not ask you to sign in.

What you may submit

The inquiry form asks for a name, work email, optional phone, company, and a requirements note. You may also add an optional budget, currency, per-unit or whole-order basis, and a supplier preference. Those extra items are merged into the requirements note at submit time in the browser. They are buyer notes, not a credit decision.

Why it is used

The note is used to understand the building request and to ask factories for quotations on that request. It may be shared with candidate suppliers to the extent needed to obtain a reply, and with service providers who host the form. It is not sold as a marketing list. Do not place passwords, payment card numbers, or unrelated personal records in the requirements box.

What this site does not collect here

There is no published street address or telephone book on the contact page, so those channels are not a collection point. Product images and page text do not identify you. Server logs may record a technical request, such as a browser type and time, for security and troubleshooting. Those logs are not a buyer profile.

The browser stores the first sourcing-benefit display date locally for a maximum seven-day display window. Session storage remembers when you close the benefit popup or ticker during this visit. These controls do not store your procurement note; clearing browser storage resets their display state.

How long it is kept

Project correspondence is kept while the inquiry is open and for a limited period afterward so questions about the same brief can be answered. If you want a brief deleted and there is no legal reason to retain it, say so in a follow-up message from the same email. Deletion does not recall a message already delivered to a supplier.

Your choices

You can decline optional budget and preference fields. You can stop using the form. You may request a copy of the brief you sent by writing from the same work email through the contact page. Access requests are limited to information this desk actually holds.

Children

The site is meant for business buyers. Do not submit information about children. If a brief accidentally includes such information, ask for deletion.

Privacy questions go through the contact form. This policy may be revised by posting a new version on this page.
