Project brief

Contact CivicBridge Sourcing with a building brief

This page is the working desk, not a storefront address. Tell us the building use and the commercial boundary. A current quotation is not required to begin.

Where messages go

Use the form on this page. CivicBridge Sourcing does not publish a street address, a telephone number, or a social account for quotations.

What to include

Use, footprint, height, jurisdiction, loads if known, quantity, destination, timing, and whether you want shell, delivered, installed, or turnkey pricing.

When it is read

Your brief is reviewed for missing facts before supplier matching. No reply time is promised; unresolved requirements are returned as questions.

How to make the first message usable

Start with the building job, not a brand label. Say whether people will work, learn, sleep, or store goods inside, and whether the unit should stay, move once, or move often. Add the footprint and the clear height you already know. If a room layout exists only as a sketch, describe the rooms in words. File upload is not part of this form.

Name the project city or ZIP code and the authority you expect to review it. If wind speed, ground snow load, or seismic design category is already set by an engineer, copy those figures. If they are not set, write unknown. A guessed load creates a quote that cannot be compared with a later engineered load.

Separate the commercial boundary. A shell quote, a delivered quote, an installed quote, and a turnkey quote answer different questions. Freight, foundation design, utility rough-in, and permits should be marked in or out. Quantity needs a unit: modules, building sets, or another unit you define. Destination needs a point, not only a country, when you already know the site.

An optional budget can be a single amount or a range. State the currency and whether the figure is per module or for the whole order. A supplier preference of premium, mid-range, budget, or undecided tells the desk which documentation depth to ask about. It does not rank any factory, and you do not need a live price to send it.

After the note arrives, CivicBridge Sourcing may ask a short list of follow-ups before any factory is contacted. You can correct the brief. You remain the party who accepts a technical deviation or a scope change. The illustration below is a review table, not a map of an office, because no public street address is offered.

Name the primary frame if you know it, and say whether secondary framing, including purlin and girt spacing, is inside the price. A rigid frame and a cold-formed steel system are different replies. Hot-rolled members should be identified rather than assumed. Module dimensions can be written as length, width, and eave height, for example 12 ft by 40 ft by 8 ft, and replaced with your own survey.

Add the transport envelope if the road is narrow, and name who owns the foundation interface. If an insulated metal panel is required, give the thermal transmittance you need and leave the fire-resistance rating blank unless a tested assembly is already specified. Design live load and design dead load can sit on two lines. Wind exposure category belongs next to wind speed in mph.
